Delivery & Returns



Orders are packaged and shipped the next day  via Royal Mail or Hermes - Cost of delivery is £3.00 for orders under £25.00 -  FREE delivery for orders over £25.00 - Free delivery is automatically added at checkout.  Please check the address you have given before completing your payment as we cannot accept any responsibility for mistakes such as incorrect post codes/house numbers.



We accept credit an debit card payments through our online store. Orders will only be accepted if the payment transaction has been successfully completed. 

We also offer Clearpay where you can spread the cost of your purchase. Marble Meltz are only responsible for your order. All payment queries should go via Clearpay 


Marble Meltz securely package all items which are sent through Royal Mail and Hermes. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery to all UK mainland addresses. If your order has not arrived within 9 days of being dispatched, please contact us within 21 days to let us know and we will track the order on your behalf. 

We now offer delivery to international addresses - The delivery fee is £15.00 how-ever if you spend £85.00 delivery will be free.

Damaged Goods 

Marble Meltz checks every product prior to dispatch. Should any item be received in a damaged condition, contact us at  within 48 hours or receiving you items. When you contact us, please ensure that you provide your order reference number and contact details for you. Furthermore, please submit supporting evidence of any problems encountered. 


Should your order arrive in an obviously damaged condition, we recommend that you do not accept these from the courier. 

Returns & Replacements 

Marble Meltz wants your shopping experience with us to be as enjoyable as possible. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase if the product is in the original condition and packaging. Original condition means that there are no marks on the product and the product’s packaging has not been opened, used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition. 


If the product is not in the original packaging or is damaged in any way, we regret that we will be unable to offer any refunds. 


Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and if approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 


If you are returning an item(s), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
