Where is my order?
We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days. How-ever during busy periods this may be extended.
How Much is postage?
Postage is £3.00 this covers the whole of the UK. if you spend over £25.00 delivery is free. Free delivery is automatically added at checkout. We use Evri or Royal Mail.
Do you Delivery outside of the UK?
At the moment we're only delivering within the UK. we are looking at plans to post internationally. Please keep a check on our site for updates.
Can i collect my order?
We don't have a collection service as we're a small family run business. How-ever if you live within 4 miles of DN4 we'll deliver free of charge. Please contact us prior to placing your order for a free delivery code. We reserve the right to cancel/charge delivery if above or within 4 miles or outside of DN4 (orders must be made through the website)
I want to sell your products in my shop - what should i do?
We'd love to work with you, if you have a shop or salon and want to sell our products please e-mail email@example.com to discuss with us your requirements. Please note that wholesale orders will be made to order and can be subject to delay dependant on busy periods - Advance payment made be requested dependant on order size. You can choose to buy stock outright or sale and return. Terms would be discussed.
I've placed an order but want to cancel?
If you've placed an order and it's not been shipped and want to cancel please e-mail us firstname.lastname@example.org - Orders that have been shipped will be subject to our returns policy - please see our refunds and returns page
My order has arrived damaged?
We're sorry if your order has arrived damaged. we aim to provide a quality service how-ever we do recognise sometimes errors will occur. If your order has arrived damaged please e-mail us info@marblemeltz,co.uk and we'll work with you to fix it. (We quality check all packages before we send - we take pictures to ensure we can provide a quality service)
Do you have a subscription service?
At the moment we're not able to offer a subscription service but we do have plans in the future to offer this. Please keep an eye out for updates
The product i want isn't in stock?
Our aim is to ensure we have plenty of stock for you to order, but from time to time we may run out. We use inventory tracking to ensure we keep on top of stock. If the product you want is out of stock we aim to re-stock within 48 hours - Keep checking the website for details or if you notice the product out of stock longer than 48 hours please e-mail us email@example.com

Do you do back orders?
Right now your only able to order the stock that is within our inventory - We're sorry but we don't do back orders yet

Do you have a rewards program?
We run a rewards program - to join simply sign up on our front page. For every £1.00 spent is 10 points. When you get 500 you'll get £2,00 off your following order.
